-
What are your access hours?
-
You can access the facility 7 days a week, including major holidays, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
-
What if I need regular access to the facility outside of standard hours?
-
While uncommon, requests for special facility access hours may be approved pending verification of unique circumstances. Contact our office for more information regarding this process.
-
Will I be locked in if I do not exit before 8:00 p.m.?
-
No, you will not be locked inside the facility if you do not exit by closing hours. However, failure to exit within 30 minutes after close may cause your account to be flagged. Accounts repeatedly flagged for lease violations will be subject to termination.
-
I forgot to enter my code when upon entry/exit, and now my code will not work. How can I regain access?
-
Failure to input your personal access code when passing through the security gate is considered a lease violation, and your code will be automatically invalidated. You will need to contact our office and pay a passback violation fee to renew facility access.
-
I shared my access code with somebody else without informing the office and gaining authorization for their access. Now my code doesn’t work when I try to enter the storage facility.
-
The sharing of access codes is a major security breach and is strictly prohibited. Occupants found to have provided their access code with anyone not approved by management will be required to pay an unauthorized user fee and will be supplied a new access code.
-
I am getting ready to move my things out of the facility. What steps do I need to take to terminate my storage lease agreement?
-
All storage leases are month-to-month, and you can terminate them without penalty by providing the office with written notice of your intent to terminate at least 15 days prior to the end of the month in which you will vacate. Time is of the essence in delivering written notice to the office to avoid additional storage fees and penalties.
-
Who do I contact if I think my property has been damaged or stolen?
-
We take all acts of vandalism, theft, and accidental damage very seriously at AA Wholesale Storage. We provide a security gate and surveillance cameras to restrict access and deter criminal behavior. While your property is stored at our facility, the insurance you purchase is the only coverage provided for your property. After informing our office of any issues, please contact your insurance provider or the local authorities should any issue arise concerning your property.
-
I believe that some of my property is being stored at AA Wholesale Storage against my wishes. Can I remove my property?
-
Only current leaseholders may access the facility, and they may only remove their own personal property. Any unauthorized facility access or tampering of another’s property is punishable by law. AA Wholesale Storage will comply with any registered authority and issued order for the removal or relinquishment of property stored at our facility. Please contact local law enforcement or consult legal counsel to initiate this process.
