RULES & REGULATIONS
AA Wholesale Storage property is not intended for maintenance, repair, or other use of stored property. This facility is solely intended for the delivery, storage, and removal of individual property.
This addendum is in addition to and does not change, modify, or exempt any portion of your Rental Agreement.
- Unit sizes and areas are determined by lease agreement. No personal artifacts shall be outside your stated rental area. Any belongings not within rental boundaries may be subject to forfeiture or fine.
- Items placed in unit must belong to the person storing them. All vehicles must be owned by the Occupant. Occupant and Registered Owner must be the same person.
- There shall be no subletting of the Occupant’s storage space or any portion thereof or assignment of this lease agreement.
- Rent is due each month on or before the first of the month. If not paid by the end of the second business day after due date, a late fee of $15.00 or 15%, whichever is greater, shall be added.
- You may vacate your space at any time by giving a fifteen (15) day written notice prior to monthly expiration. Leases on units with move-outs performed without written notice may remain in effect and accrue rental charges until written notice is delivered or until cancelled by management.
- Bypassing the security gate code entry via “tailgating” or “piggybacking” is strictly prohibited. All Occupants must use their own personal security code to gain access. Entering the premises by any means other than the use of a unique personal identifier shall be considered a violation of lease agreement.
- Occupants who have entered or exited the premises without using their personal security code will have their code suspended, and a $25.00 fee will be assessed for reinstatement.
- The sharing of access codes or otherwise allowing access to the storage facility to unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. If Occupant shares their security codes with any unauthorized user, there will be a $50.00 charge per incident and Occupant code will be replaced.
- All persons on site must have valid lease agreements and unique entry access codes or may be subject to trespassing charges and held liable for any damages occurred.
- Occupant is liable for all persons they allow to access the property, including moving companies.
- Pets must remain in your vehicle at all times for the safety of your animal and other Occupants.
- Do not store stolen property or use your storage unit for unlawful purposes.
- Absolutely no fifty-five (55) gallon drums are to be stored on this property, or in any unit.
- No explosives, ammunition, or dangerous hazardous chemicals. No corrosive materials.
- No flammables or oil soaked rags. Gas tanks on motorcycles, cars, or gas engines must be full.
- No improperly packaged spoilable foods, no live animals, nothing that leaks or makes loud noises.
- Photocopy of vehicle registration is required. Expired vehicle tags are permitted. Titles are not acceptable.
- No maintenance, repair, or tire changing allowed on premises. No exceptions.
- All vehicles must be registered at leasing office with license plate or VIN number.
- Occupants are only permitted to be on the premises for the time it takes to add or remove stored items. No loitering, habitation, or recreational activity is allowed.
- Units are for storage only; no work of any type can be performed within a unit or on the premises.
- Dumpsters are to be used with discretion – only trash accumulated in your unit will be acceptable. Absolutely no yard, job site, or personal home trash will be allowed. No E-waste or tire disposal. Please break down all boxes. A fine or eviction could be imposed for misuse of our dumpsters.
- Ten (10) mile an hour speed limit will be enforced.
- We will not be responsible for loss from fire, theft or damage to property while stored at this facility. Insurance is the Occupant’s responsibility.
- The office is closed on federal holidays and holiday weekends.
- At our discretion, the landlord reserves the right to evict any Occupant who is continually late with their rent or not following the rules, per their signed contract.
