All new storage facility Occupants must sign an approved lease agreement.  These agreements are structured around a monthly framework, allowing for easy move-in and move-out procedures. After you have completed all paperwork and provided all dues, you will be issued a personal security gate access code. This code is unique to your unit, and must not be shared with other parties. Your code is for your access only, and additional codes can be provided for others you wish to authorize access to your property.
